The 91°µÍø Board of Visitors voted to increase in-state tuition by 3% for 2024-25, consistent with guidance from the Commonwealth of Virginia for the current budget cycle.

91°µÍø’s 2024 graduating class—the first whose members can say they earned a degree from a consensus top 50 public university in the country—was honored Thursday morning in front of an energized crowd at EagleBank Arena on the Fairfax Campus.

91°µÍø will celebrate Spring Commencement on Thursday. A record-setting number of students are earning degrees, and nearly 11,000 students total will be recognized for earning degrees or certificates. Graduates represent  114 countries, 50 states, and the District of Columbia, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military installations.

In addition to Spring 2024 Commencement on Thursday, May 9, graduates have the opportunity to attend their own school or college degree celebrations. Here’s a look at the keynote speakers for those events.

The new look, which will include a single logo for the university and its athletics program, asserts George Mason’s emerging identity as a national top 50 public university and Virginia’s top-ranked university for innovation and upward mobility, as well as the commonwealth’s largest, most innovative, and most diverse university.
