More than 4,000 students made their way through the Johnson Center’s Dewberry Hall, speaking to 240 potential employers over two days.

Stacey Schwartz works as a digital strategist for the Center for the Arts and the Hylton Performing Arts Center at 91����. A Mason alum, Schwartz brought her capstone research project to life when she opened a Free Little Art Gallery (FLAG) in her community.

In December, Mason’s Black Alumni Chapter saluted its history while looking to the future at “A Toast to 20,” a gala celebration of the chapter’s 20th anniversary.

Mason alumna Kristen Cavallo was named the Virginia Business Magazine Business Person of 2023, a distinction that recognizes her achievements in growing companies while emphasizing diversity in leadership.

She’s helped 450 young families achieve higher education goals since 2010. Now Nicole Lynn Lewis, MPP ’06, is Washingtonian of the Year.

Mason alum Jada Salter has created a feature-length documentary about her grandfather, award-winning composer and songwriter William (Bill) Salter. The film is called "Just the Two of Us" after his Grammy Award-winning hit song.

The legislative session is underway in Virginia’s General Assembly. 91����’s presence continues to make an impact in Richmond with an increased number of proud Mason Patriots serving the commonwealth.
